All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Computer Book Centre will be sending out your delivery through 3rd party logistic providers such as Singpost, Grabdelivery, NinjaVan based on availability and rates

Local delivery

Free local delivery in Singapore is available for orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns after delivery.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ssktan@compbook.com.sg with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If the item delivered is the wrong order, we will process returns and exchanges only if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the delivery costs for the return.
