Procedure of ordering books

Computer Book Centre can receive orders 24 hours a day. However, deliveries are made from Monday through Friday. We are unable to make delivery on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Computer Book Centre or its agent shall visit the appointed place of delivery. In event that the customer or his representative is not present to receive the delivery, a Notice will be left at the premise. Computer Book Centre will contact the customer (either through email or phone) and inform the next delivery date. Additional delivery charge is applicable in this case.

Customer may order maximum of up to 25 Kgs per order (you can see total weight for your order in the shopping bag). For delivery charges for local please refer here. For deliveries outside Singapore, please refer to our foreign delivery charges.

Computer Book Centre reserves the right to reject orders it deemed inappropriate. Wholesalers and merchants who are interested to buy direct from Computer Book Centre can email our Sales department, call 63382270 or come down to us.

All orders must be pre-paid through one of the following means:

Computer Book Centre will attempt its best to fulfill orders placed by shoppers. In the event that an ordered book is not available, the price of the book will depend on the re-order price and Computer Book Centre will notify user either through phone or email, together with the new price for the user's confirmation.
